To proceed with making a change, the following steps must be taken:
First of all, once you receive your order, please check each item in it. Returns of items that have been used, washed or damaged by the customer cannot be accepted.
If the reason for the change is not due to the brand , such as a change in size or incorrect interpretation of the products, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, in perfect condition and with its original packaging complete.

Once we receive this request, we will contact you to tell you how to proceed with the change so we can give you a personalized solution to your problem.

In case of defect in any product or error on our part:
Send us photos where we can see the product defect or shipping error along with your details and order number to: atc@sgpartners.es
Once verified, Terracota Casa will accept the exchange and will cover the shipping costs incurred during the process.
Exchange: the same merchandise will be replaced to the customer at no cost and the product with the defect or error will be collected.
Return Policy:
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be taken:
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product via email to atc@sgpartners.es. Please let us know in said email the order number, name and the reason for returning the item.
Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to tell you the steps to follow.
The return will be the responsibility of the customer. Prepare the package to be sent in its original packaging, and make sure it is in perfect condition as you received it and unused. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.
Within 30 working days, the purchase amount will be refunded. The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the purchase.
