Exchange policy:

To proceed with making a change, the following steps must be performed:

First of all, once you receive your order, please inspect each item. Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

If the reason for the exchange is unrelated to the brand , such as a change in size or incorrect interpretation of the products, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, in perfect condition and with all original packaging.

How? Follow these steps:

  1. Email atc@sgpartners.es indicating the order number, name, and the change you wish to make.
  2. Once we receive this request, we will contact you to explain how to proceed with the exchange so we can provide you with a personalized solution to your problem.

In case of a defect in any product or error on our part:

Send us photos showing the product defect or shipping error, along with your details and order number, to: atc@sgpartners.es

Once verified, Terracota Casa will accept the exchange, and we will cover the shipping costs incurred during this process.

  • Exchange: The same merchandise will be replaced to the customer at no cost and the product with the defect or error will be collected.

Return Policy:

Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product by emailing atc@sgpartners.es. In that email, please include the order number, name, and the reason for returning the item.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you with the next steps.

The return will be the customer's responsibility. Prepare the package to be sent in its original packaging, and make sure it is in perfect condition as you received it and unused. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.

You will be refunded the purchase amount within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the payment method you used for the purchase.
