Para el lavado de estos productos recomendamos sumergir el relleno en agua templada con jabón neutro unas dos horas. Cuando haya pasado ese tiempo, escurre bien el material y tiéndelo al sol si es posible. También puedes centrifugarlo en la lavadora metiendo dos pelotas de tenis para que al rebotar contra el relleno lo deje esponjoso y suave y no nos encontremos con que nuestro relleno está apelmazado. Relleno 100% fibra hueca.

To proceed to make a change, the following steps must be performed:

If the reason for the change is unrelated to the brand , such as a change in measurement or incorrect interpretations of the products, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The product must be returned, in the same conditions in which it was sent, in perfect condition and with the complete original packaging.

In the event of a defect in any product or error on our part:

Send us photos where we can see the product defect or shipping error along with your information and order number to: atc@sgpartners.es

Once verified, the change will be accepted by Decolores Home, taking charge of the shipping costs generated by said process.

• Exchange: the same merchandise will be replaced to the customer at no cost and the product with the defect or mistake will be collected.

Return Policy:

Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product via email to atc@sgpartners.es. Please let us know in this email the order number, name and the reason why you are returning the item.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to tell you the steps to follow.

The return will be borne by the customer. Prepare the package to be sent in its original packaging, and make sure it is in perfect condition as you received it and unused. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.

In the following 30 business days, the purchase amount will be refunded. The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the purchase.
